What is Zapier?

Zapier is a tool that helps you automate repetitive tasks between two or more apps—no code necessary. When an event happens in one app, Zapier can tell another app to perform (or do) a particular action.

Ways to use Zapier?

You can create zaps to automate post-booking tasks and customize your scheduling experience.

When to use Zapier?

If you use an app that's important to your scheduling workflow, but Leadmonk does not natively integrate with it, you can use Zapier to connect your app and Leadmonk. To know Leadmonk's native integrations, visit this Integrations page.

Zapier lets you connect Leadmonk with thousands of the most popular apps, so you can automate your work and have more time for what matters most—no code required.

Combining Zapier and Leadmonk gives you the power to integrate scheduling and fully automate your workflow. Use Leadmonk appointments as triggers for other actions while you complete more important tasks. With Zapier, you can connect your existing tools to Leadmonk without the use of code.

The Leadmonk + Zapier integration is available to Leadmonk users on the paid plans.

How Zapier works

When someone schedules or cancels a Leadmonk event with you, Zapier will trigger an action in your chosen app.

More specifically, you can trigger an action when the following events happen:

  • Invitee Created: triggers when an invitee schedule or reschedule an event
  • Invitee Cancelled: triggers when an invitee cancels an event

With a multi-user account

Zapier decides which Leadmonk events to trigger based on your Leadmonk role and API key.

Zaps will trigger for the following events and roles:

  • Owner or admin: all scheduled events in the Leadmonk account
  • User: the user's scheduled events

If you don't want zaps to fire for all events in your Leadmonk account, do not connect with an owner or admin API key.

Troubleshooting Zapier

Your Zap History contains a log of all your zaps. If your zap isn't working as expected, your Zap History will give you more details as to why a zap failed. If you need help with your zap, contact Zapier support.
