How to disable a meeting type?
In Leadmonk, you have the option to disable a meeting type if you no longer wish to take bookings for that specific meeting type for a certain period or if you no longer want to use it. Here's how you can disable or enable a meeting type:
- Find the meeting type you want to disable in your Leadmonk account.
- To disable the meeting type, locate the flag or switch associated with it. This flag is labeled as "Meeting Type: enable/disable" (as shown in the red color box in the below image).
- Switch off the highlighted flag to disable the enabled meeting type. This action will indicate that you no longer want to accept bookings for this particular meeting type.
- Switch on the highlighted flag to enable the disabled meeting type. This action will indicate that you want to accept bookings for this particular meeting type.
Note: All meeting types get disabled except one when the subscription plan is not activated before the end of trial period. This is because as per free plan (basic plan), only one meeting type (one-on-one) is allowed. Once you reactivate your subscription plan, you can re-enable the disabled meeting types.
