Below is one qualification queue which has conditions to check emails with temporary or free email domain provider and whether the email is a valid.
You can now have a dedicated 'lead disqualification queue' in your router as shown below to filter leads that meet the disqualification criteria. Any leads that meet free/temporary email domain criteria or unverified email (i.e. invalid email) can be shown a thank you message, and the rest of the valid leads can be distributed to other queues for further processing based on your configuration.
Below is the queue setting of "Qualify Leads".
