With Stripe integration, you will be able to collect payments from invitees at the time an appointment is booked. You can save time and reduce no-shows by connecting your Stripe account to Leadmonk and allowing clients or customers to make payments when choosing a time to meet with you.
- You can streamline the billing process to one step with Leadmonk's Stripe integration.
- You can collect payments in multiple currencies.
- You can also include payment terms within the appointment scheduling process.
- Credit or debit card payments are accepted across the event types such as One-on-one, Group, Collective and Round Robin.
If you try to enable payment at event type level without integrating Stripe, then you get below message.
You can integrate your stripe account to your Leadmonk account by following the below mentioned steps:
- Go to Settings => Integrations page
- Look for Stripe on the Integration page
- then click 'Configure' button highlighted in red color.
Once you connect your stripe account, status for Stripe in Leadmonk is shown as 'enabled'.
As shown below, you can specify payment details in the event type customization after integrating Stripe to your Leadmonk account.
How stripe payment works on the booking page
Once invitee selects date and time, he/she has to enter name, email address and then click 'Go to Payment' button.
Payment Terms and Stripe form are shown in the booking process as shown below. Appointment will be confirmed only after successful payment by the invitee.
Stripe Integration at Admin or Owner account level
Steps to connect Stripe Admin account
- Go to Settings=>Integration page
- Look for 'Stripe [Admin]' there.
- Click 'Configure' button as shown below.
- Once you connect your stripe account, status for Stripe in Leadmonk is shown as 'enabled'.
Now this stripe account can be assigned to any event type by any of your team members as shown below.
