How to view team page and create team event types

Team page acts as a personalized booking page for the team. Teams have a unique team scheduling page and link. Invitees with the link can access and choose from meeting types based on their needs. Creating team event types also allows you to distribute new events to team members easily.

  • Only the Org owner, Org admin, and team admin (team manager) can create, view, or delete team event types. And they can manage team appointments as well. 
  • Team members assigned to the team with a ‘user’ role, have only display access to the team page event types. 

There are 2 ways to go to a team page to manage team meeting types:

Option 1) Click "Meeting Types" button on the team as shown below. This will redirect you to the team page where you can easily manage team meeting types.

Option 02) To go to a team page to manage a team meeting types, click on the red color highlighted drop-down as shown below. You will see the team(s), to which you have access.

Click on the team page name (highlighted in red color box in the below image) to display that team. If you click on the “+Team Page” button, it will take you to the team creation page.

Note: “+New Team” button is shown only to the org owner and org admins as only they can create team pages. 

Once the team page is displayed, click on "+ Create" button (highlighted in red color box in the above image) to create Collective or Round Robin event types. In these event types, you can only assign team members to the event types who are part of the team.

  • Click on setting icon (highlighted in green color circle) to edit the team page.
  • Click on copy icon highlighted in orange color circle to copy the team booking page link. 

Here you click on 'Round Robin' option in the popup window to create a round robin meeting type.

Round robin meeting type is used to pool the availability of all team members and automatically distribute new meetings to team members. Suitable for sales calls, support calls, and client onboarding.

Collective meeting type (multi-host meeting type) is used to enable your customer to book an appointment with several of your team members at one time. Suitable for Product Demo, and Discovery sessions.

You can easily create one-on-one meeting type for the team to allow invitees to choose who to meet with. Choose Round Robin or Collective as the style of the event type, set the availability and select only one team member to be included. Repeat the process for each individual, creating a separate event type for each person. Include the individual's name or role in the title of the event so invitees will be able to choose who to meet with from your team scheduling page.
