Send automatic confirmation and reminder SMS notifications from your business's own Twilio phone number with your branding highlighted. This option requires a Twilio account.
Choosing to do so has many benefits:
- You can send using your own dedicated number/caller-ID
- You can monitor SMS logs from Twilio dashboard

NOTE:
- This feature is only available to users on 'Teams' subscription plan onwards.
- This information can be updated only by owner or admin of your Leadmonk organization (workspace).
Steps to update Twilio number details
- Go to 'Integration' page in your Leadmonk account
- Look for 'Twilio' in the Integrations page and click 'Configure' button on that card.
- Here update Account Sid, Auth Token and From phone details.
You get your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, Twilio Phone number information from your Twilio console dashboard (as shown below). Copy and paste those into your Leadmonk Twilio connect settings.
