To filter out form submissions that contain an email address with a disposable email domain or free email provider domain, you can use the domain is in list or domain is not in list conditions for the email parameter while creating qualifying rules in a meeting queue.
These conditions refer to a predefined domain list, which you can view by clicking on the
Edit email domain list
button. This predefined email domain list has a curated list of 4768 temporary or free email domains. You can download this list, modify it as per your requirement (add or remove domains), and upload the list back in the meeting queue for comparison purposes.
You can now have a dedicated 'disqualification queue' in your router as shown below to filter leads that meet the disqualification criteria. Any leads that meet free/temporary email domain criteria can be shown a thank you message, and the rest of the leads can be distributed to other queues based on your configuration.
