This document provides a comprehensive overview of Leadmonk's analytics capabilities, helping you effectively utilize the data and insights to optimize your meeting scheduling process and improve team performance.

Pre-requisite: You must have created an organization in Leadmonk to make use of Analytics feature.

Who has access?

Leadmonk's reporting dashboard is available for:

  • Account owners: Individuals with full control over the account and its settings.
  • Administrators: Users granted administrative privileges by the account owner.

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard:

  • Click on the Meetings menu.
  • Then select the Analytics menu in the left sidebar.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard presents four key reports:

Report 1: Booked meetings by status

This report provides an overall view of meeting activity, showing the total number of meetings completed, canceled, and no-shows within the selected date range.

Use this data to identify trends in meeting completion rates, cancellation patterns, and no-show occurrences.

Report 2: Meeting status by users

This report breaks down meeting activity by team member, displaying the number of completed, canceled, and no-show meetings for each individual.

Leverage this information to assess individual performance, identify high performers, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Report 3: Meetings booked by source

This report categorizes meetings based on their source such as meeting type and router (inbound, campaign and handoff routers).

Analyze this data to understand lead generation channels and meeting types driving the most activity.

Report 4: Meeting source by users

This report provides a breakdown of meeting activity by source meeting type and router (inbound, campaign and handoff routers) for each team member.

Use this data to identify top performers within specific channels and meeting types, optimize routing strategies, and tailor training to individual needs.

Filtering Data

You can filter data across all reports by date range using the buttons at the top right corner of the dashboard.

This allows you to focus on specific timeframes for more targeted analysis.

Analytics for End Users

Leadmonk users who are not owners or administrators will not have access to team analytics. They will not see anything on the analytics page as shown in the below image. They will only be able to view their own individual meeting data and reports.

  • For a collective (multi-host) meeting, a count is added to each of the co-hosts.
  • Regularly analyze Leadmonk's reports to gain valuable insights into your team's meeting performance.
  • Utilize these insights to optimize scheduling processes, improve team communication, and drive higher conversion rates.
  • By effectively leveraging Leadmonk's analytics, you can significantly enhance your meeting effectiveness and achieve your business goals.
