You can connect upto 6 calendars to your Leadmonk user account. You can also take bookings to any of these calendars. You have to specify the connected calendar in the event type customization for the meeting invite to be created in that calendar. If you connect only one calendar, then that acts as default calendar in all event types. Availability is always be checked across the connected calendars to make sure double booking does not happen.
Connect Google/GSuite Calendar
While connecting your Google/GSuite Calendar, you may get a below mentioned popup asking for permissions to manage your calendar.
If you see this popup, please select the highlighted checkbox to give permission to manage appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancel meetings) in your calendar.
If you don't select this checkbox, you may get an error message in Leadmonk application saying "Missing permission for calendar. Please ensure to enable calendar permissions during calendar linking".
Note: Connecting Google Calendar will automatically connect Google Meet to your Leadmonk account. There is no additional step to connect Google Meet.
Connect Outlook/Office 365 Calendar
While connecting your outlook/office 365 calendar, you may get below popup. Here you select the highlighted 'Yes' button to give relevant permissions to Leadmonk to manage appointments (schedule/reschedule/cancel meetings) in your calendar.
Connected Calendars
Connected calendars are shown in the "Connected calendars" section of the Calendars page. Here you can disconnect calendar by clicking on the menu highlighted in red color in the below image. Default calendar is populated in all the event types. This can be changed to any other connected calendar in the event type customization.
