Don't worry. Resetting your password is easy. Follow the below steps to reset your password.
Step 1: Click on the highlighted 'Forgot Password' button to begin the password reset process.
Step 2: You will be directed to a new page where you need to click the 'Reset password' button.
You will see a message prompting you to check your email for instructions on resetting your password.
Step 3: Login to your email account and locate the email from Leadmonk. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to reset your password.
Once you click on the provided link in the email, you will be taken to a page where you can set your new password.
Enter your desired password and click the 'SAVE' button to finalize the password reset process.
NOTE: Please note that if you initially created your Leadmonk account using the Google/Outlook calendar account signup method and now wish to enable the email address/password login option (to allow your admin teams to manage your Leadmonk account on your behalf), you can do so by following the steps mentioned above (i.e., by resetting your password). After resetting the password, if you choose to log in again using the Google/Outlook calendar account sign-in method, you will need to repeat the same steps to set a password and login using the email address/password route.
