Host booking pages on your own domain name and let your customers access your booking page using your own domain. This is one of the ways to promote your brand at every touchpoint. This feature is available for users on Team plan and higher.
Steps to setup custom domain for your booking pages
Step 1: Create an organization with a subdomain name
Create an organization with a subdomain name in Leadmonk (as shown in below example). Just like your booking page URL, subdomain name is unique within Leadmonk. Subdomain name can not have any special characters or spaces.
Step 2: Update your custom domain
Update your custom domain and save (example: https://book.yoursite.com).
Below field is shown only to users on team plan and above. For users on other plans such as Professional plan, Basic (free) plan and Trial plan, this is not shown.
The red color highlighted switch will be enabled by Leadmonk support team as part of CNAME enablement i.e. once all the steps mentioned on this help page are completed.
Step 3: Configure your DNS
Configure your DNS and point the custom domain to <subdomain>.ldmk.io
For example, if your subdomain is “https://example.ldmk.io” and your custom domain is “https://book.yoursite.com”
Configure DNS as follows
CNAME book.yoursite.com example.ldmk.io
Here are some instructions for setting CNAME records in various popular DNS services:
- CloudFlare (Instructions). If you're using CloudFlare, please make sure to disable the orange cloud for your Leadmonk domain.
- GoDaddy (Instructions)
- Google Domains (Instructions)
- Namecheap (Instructions)
Step 4: Contact us once DNS is configured
Once DNS is configured, contact us at support@leadmonk.io to enable your custom domain. We will configure the remaining steps and enable it from our side. Once we enable it, you can start accessing all your booking links through your custom domain (for example: “https://book.yoursite.com).
