Resend Confirmation Email of an Order to the Customer

If you need to resend a confirmation email to a customer who has placed an order, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the orders page: In your account dashboard, navigate to the orders page where you can see a list of all the orders that have been placed.


2. Select the order you want to send a confirmation email to: From the list of orders, click on the order that you want to send a confirmation email to. This will take you to the order details page for that specific order.

3. Click on the 'Resend confirmation email' button: On the order details page, you will see a button highlighted in red color that says 'Resend confirmation email'. Click on this button to resend the confirmation email to the customer.

That's it! The confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email address associated with the order. If the customer has any questions or concerns about the order, they can contact you directly using the contact information provided in the confirmation email.
