To delete a package you have already created in your Leadmonk account, follow these steps:
- Go to the packages page in your Leadmonk account. This page is typically accessible from the main navigation menu or dashboard.
- On the packages page, locate the package you want to delete. Select the package by clicking on it to open its details.
- Within the package details, find the menu or options section specific to the package. From this menu, choose the 'Delete' option to initiate the deletion process.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted to ensure that you want to proceed with deleting the package.
Disabling or Deleting Packages
When a package is disabled or deleted, the following considerations apply:
- If a package is disabled or deleted, you cannot place an order for that package. The order booking page will not be accessible for the disabled or deleted package. Instead, you will see a message indicating that the package is disabled or deleted.
- However, if a package is disabled or deleted, you can still book sessions from the Package Order details page as long as the event types included in the package are still active and available.
- Deleting a package permanently removes it from your Leadmonk account. Please ensure that you genuinely want to delete the package as this action cannot be undone.
