If you need to cancel a package order, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the orders page: In your account dashboard, navigate to the orders page where you can see a list of all the orders that have been placed.
2. Select the order you want to cancel: From the list of orders, click on the order that you want to cancel. This will take you to the order details page for that specific order.
3. Click on the 'Cancel order' button: On the order details page, you will see a button that says 'Cancel order'. Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.
4. Click the 'Confirm cancel' button: After clicking the 'Cancel order' button, a window will appear asking you to specify a reason for the cancellation. Once you have entered the reason for the cancellation, click the 'Confirm cancel' button to complete the cancellation process.
Note: Once order is cancelled, it cannot be reversed. No new bookings can be made against this order. However, the customer can still manage the events already booked against this order.

That's it! The package order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a notification of the cancellation. If the customer has any questions or concerns about the cancellation, they can contact you directly using the contact information provided in the notification email.
