Send automatic confirmation and reminder email notifications from your business's own domain to keep customers informed, with your branding highlighted.


NOTE: 

  • This feature is only available to users on 'Advanced' subscription plan onwards.
  • This information can be updated only by owner or admin of your Leadmonk organization (workspace).
  • The organization is a prerequisite to make use of SMTP feature. Check this help page to know how to create an organization or workspace in Leadmonk.

Steps to update SMTP details

  • Go to 'Integration' page in your Leadmonk account
  • Look for 'SMTP' in the Integrations page and click 'Configure' button on that card.


  • Here update SMTP outgoing server details and click 'enabled' switch to turn on this update.
