The Troubleshooting feature is designed to help you identify why certain time slots are not available on your booking page. By using this feature, you can analyze the availability of specific dates and understand the reasons behind any unavailability.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot availability:

  1. Navigate to the event type for which you want to troubleshoot availability. This is the type of event or service that customers can book through your booking page.
  2. Click on the event type to access its customization screen. This is where you can configure various settings related to your event type.
  3. Locate and click on the "Troubleshooting" tab. This tab is specifically dedicated to troubleshooting availability.
  4. In the Troubleshooting tab, you will see a calendar displaying the dates for the selected month. Choose the desired month to focus your analysis on.
  5. The "Hosts Information" dropdown in the Troubleshooting page shows the list of calendars that have been analyzed to determine availability. In the case of a collective event, this dropdown will display all co-hosts' calendar details in the list box.
  6. Once you have selected the month, click on a specific date in the calendar for which you want to analyze availability. This will bring up more detailed information about that particular date.
  7. Within the detailed view, you will see the available time slots for the selected date. If there are any time slots marked as unavailable, click on those slots to uncover the reasons why they are unavailable on the booking page.

By following these steps, you can use the Troubleshooting feature to investigate and understand the factors influencing the availability of time slots for your event type. This will enable you to address any issues and ensure a smooth booking experience for your customers.
